These terms govern access to the live CLIPR service and its noncustodial creator-token tools.
Live service scope
CLIPR provides creator discovery and noncustodial launch tools. Features that depend on external providers are available only while those services are configured and operational.
User responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet, transactions, creator references, and compliance obligations. Never share seed phrases or private keys. CLIPR does not custody them.
Prohibited conduct
Do not impersonate creators, misrepresent affiliation, manipulate markets, evade sanctions, upload infringing content, exploit the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
No warranties
The service is provided as-is without warranties of availability, fitness, value, accuracy, or security. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
